Spring Reading Thing

Spring Reading Thing - the reading challenge that, for me, started it all, last year....
March 20-June 19, 2008

Info here.  To sign up on Mr. Linky, click here.

I have a lot of unread books, and several other challenges I'm working on. However, these are a few I think I'll try to finish during this Spring challenge time (since more often than not, I don't finish my challenges on time!).

*Sweet Caroline by Rachel Hauck
*The Secret of Us by Roxanne Henke
*Hollywood Nobody by Lisa Samson

*Blue Heart Blessed by Susan Meissner
*Get Out of That Pit by Beth Moore (finish - ironically, from last year...heh)
*Generation NeXt Marriage by Tricia Goyer (for an upcoming blog tour)

alternates:
*Midnight's Children by Salman Rushdie (had to return to the library, so who knows if I'll be able to get through it!)
*The Memory Keeper's Daughter by Kim Edwards
*The Tenth Circle by Jodi Picoult

Oh my, but you remind me of me! The whole start of an obsession thing, the having trouble actually finishing challenges thing...yep, I feel in good company here! :)

Looks good, Pattie!  The Memory Keeper's Daughter is one of those books that I keep saying, "I need to read that"...but I never do.  One of these days, right?  Thanks for being part of SRT '08!

I have the Lisa Samson on my shelf I think ... I can't remember. :) I tried starting a Jodi Picoult the day that Travis was in surgery to fix his elbow - not a good choice! LOL I had to put it down ...

Your list looks great! (((Hugs)))

I like your list!  I love all the Sisterchick books and just wish she would write them as fast as I read them!!!!!!  Happy Reading ~ Bitsy

Interesting list.  Blue Heart Blessed looks like a really sweet story.  Will have to put it on my wishlist.

Happy reading

I like Lisa Samson's books, but I've never heard of this one.  And Jodi Picoult is one of my favorites and I have a few of hers to read as well.  A new one out too that I've heard is very good.  Happy Reading!

Yep, I have some books that take me a while to finish, too, for whatever reason.

this was the challenge that started it all for me last year too!  :)

i've read two of your alternates (but not any on your main list).  i'll be interested in finding out what you think of The Tenth Circle, which i read last year.

happy reading!
